"Seattle Consultant LLC was founded in 2009 by Broker, Jaime M. Hernandez. Jaime, having practiced real estate sales and property management in Seattle for over twenty five years, inspired the creation of Seattle Consultant LLC as a unique independent  real estate services company to be owned and operated by a staff of qualified real estate broker agents. Last year, Irish Strong joined the company and added another element with her extensive background in buyer brokerage services. Along with Irish, Tanya Huber joined the Company bringing with her  the "builder & development" side of the business from Huber's Custom Homes whom she remains affiliated with. All brokers, Jaime, Irish and Tanya have worked to maintain the highest standard of service and expertise which is the cornerstone of Seattle Consultant LLC's success. Strategically located in the heart of the Madrona District.
